"I really enjoyed the Class. I would recommend to have breaks ladies need potty breaks. And a lunch break having people be lightheaded because of not eating half way through the day is a little scary in a class like that. The content and teaching were really great! I would have liked more practice of the taekwando self defense moves though like actual mat time. But was really grateful to have a place to learn more."
